Orders and Pricing

All prices displayed are wholesale prices excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Orders are confirmed only after written acceptance.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon during dealer registration. Late payments may result in account suspension and additional charges as permitted by law.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on stock availability and location. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened products in original packaging. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform or products purchased through it.
